At the intersection of high-scale AI infrastructure and strategic growth, I build systems that transform how digital platforms understand and engage with their users. My work is defined by a transition from foundational web performance to active, AI-native guidance.
Current Ventures
Optimize Pilot
As the founder of Optimize Pilot, I lead the development of an AI-native SaaS platform designed for high-growth B2B startups. We have shifted the paradigm from static "Web Performance" to a "First Officer" model, providing automated, strategic guidance through our reasoning layer, Navigator AI.
Pilot Intel Node (PIN): I architected this standalone microservice to handle high-volume web scraping and AI-driven competitive intelligence.
Berry Buckley
As a partner at Berry Buckley, I direct technical modernization for professional service firms. My focus is on leading our software engineering work and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies, ensuring clients are visible and relevant in an LLM-driven discovery landscape.
Academic Foundation & Research
My approach to software engineering is rooted in quantitative analysis. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics from the University of North Texas, which provides the financial and statistical framework I apply to conversion optimization today.
Currently, I am a Computer Science scholar at Harvard University, where I am pursuing graduate-level studies with a focus on practical AI applications. My long-term trajectory involves deep-scale research through a PhD, focusing on the evolution of autonomous AI infrastructure.
Technical Philosophy: The "Vibe" and the Fundamentals
I am an advocate for AI-native development workflows. My daily stack includes Next.js, React Native, Docker, and the OpenAI/Anthropic APIs.
While I embrace the speed of "vibe coding" and AI-assisted creation, I remain a staunch believer in the engineering fundamentals. High-volume scraping and complex reasoning layers require more than just prompts; they require robust, resilient architecture.
Personal Interests & Leadership
The Polyglot Life
Communication is as much about human language as it is about machine code. I am conversational in English, Spanish, and French, and I am currently studying German and Italian.
Tactile Technology
To balance a life spent in the terminal, I find inspiration in analog technology. I am a collector of vintage typewriters and mechanical cameras, appreciating the tactile feedback and intentionality of mid-century engineering.
Community & Commitment
I am an Eagle Scout, a member of the Order of the Arrow (Vigil Honor), and a former member of the National Order of the Arrow Subcommittee for Communications & Technology. The values of leadership and service I developed through Scouting America continue to guide my professional ethics and collaborative spirit.
At Home
I split my time between Texas and New England. At home, I am an amateur chef and mixologist, with studies and credentials in wine (Sommelier), beer (Cicerone), and spirits (WSET). I am rarely without my partner, Rachael, and our two corgis, Sassy and Honey.
